He created a fake Affiliate company called Opulence FX OR Forex Opulence, copying the same name of the licensed Forex Broker FXOpulence.com (www.fxopulence.com) and defrauding people and other Forex brokers.
Usually, he accepts CPA deals for 500/1000$, with the promise to bring clients.
He pays poor people living in Bangladesh or Pakistan, and they sell their identity for 30/40$. He opens them Skrill accounts, top-up funds, and then deposits the same funds on a Forex Broker.
He trades by himself on these accounts with a scalping trade (open and close faster), just to reach the requested lots to get paid the CPA, then immediately stop to trade and then withdraw the same funds.
Until a broker understands his game and blocks his account.
Then he approaches the same broker with another fake identity, and start again the same scam game.
